    I cant see throwing the farm at a team to get a player that we dont believe will get us to the WS this year. Hendry did it to get Nomar and Murton to a degree. That team was more potent than this one is, and I like the possabilities of this offense. A little more versital than all or nothing. To throw the farm away now at the expense of the future is silly. Now if you are in a minority on the board and think that we have a shot at the playoffs that is a different matter. Which is it fellows?

    I disagree. Its never to early to start thinking about it, cuz you only play some teams 2 home and away. Forget the wild card now. Play to win the division and let the wild card take care of itself.

    Jack Wilson ran out of the baseline to avoid the tag by ARam and blue didnt call him out. He scored on a FC to the next batter.

    He said, on the Mike North Morning Show, that other than Spring Training, he had not played first base. Then Chris Spier had better get started teaching him because Mabry playing there every day is not good. TWalk is just slightly better. Actually just suck it up and find a way to win now.

    I believe that Restovitch played quite a bit of first in Pittsburgs system.

    In Cedenos defence on the throw Miller also had a hard time with a throw the next inning. Wet grass from dew = wet baseball = interesting air mail. That said, yes he does make me Dunston nervous on the routine plays.

    Williamson is awesome. Randa can't throw. I know that Randa can't throw. He was OK when he was for the Royals, but his time is over. How did Marshall looked? Just listening on the Radio Marshall was pretty good. IMO he was lifted early. He worked into the 6th.
