Williams, Pinto, Patterson, Hill, and Moore for Bradley and Abreu? Seems a bit excessive to me considering the Dodgers are pretty much willing to let Bradley go for next to nothing, and it doesn't sound like they want a whole lot more in exchange for Lowe. -

Would it be that outrageous of an idea to throw a bunch of arms and Cedeno to try landing Miggy? I'd jump on that in a heartbeat. Criminy, I'd fly to Baltimore and help him pack.

If the 4/$48 is true, then the cards offered more money (adjusting for taxes and cost of living) in fewer years by a guy who says he grew up a fan. that's worse Yes, that is a bigger kick in the sack than the Rafael "I have a career .157 BA at Dodger Stadium" Furcal scenario.

I definitely agree to an extent. I do think Hendry will make some sort of move on the FA front, but he has also said several times that some of the holes will likely be filled with trades. I expect him to make at least one impact trade prior to the season rather than waiting until the ASB to see where we're sitting. It'll probably be too late by then.

Edwin Jackson has basically lost all of his prospect status, for whatever reason. That might not be enough right there. It's probably a bit early to be giving up on Edwin Jackson. He just turned 22 a few months ago. A couple of years ago, some talked as though he was the next coming of Christ. Now, nobody seems to talk about him at all. What happened?

Yes, and after 2 hours of Murph going on and on about how the Bears don't need to make changes on offense (QB), B and B come on and first thing out of their mouths is that anyone who thinks that way "is an imbecile".
