That rain looks so glorious. Heaviest rain I've seen in 2+ years. And it's much worse here than up at UW. We had a pond in our yard a few min ago.

There is, but Kelly wants to redshirt him. This team is [expletive] pathetic. 8 wins might be the ceiling. OU isn't even playing well and they're kicking ND's ass. A - he's a true freshman that just recovered from mono that took him out all of fall practice. The reason we don't have another option is Golson cheated and Kiel didn't have the patience to sit behind Golson. B - OU did not kick their ass. We spotted them 14 points and they won by 14. Either team could have won that game. I didn't mean they kicked their ass on the scoreboard. I mean they kicked their ass. That last drive where OU was just trying to run out the clock and got like 5 first downs, that was an ass-kicking. Just like the one ND handed to OU a year ago ('only' 17 points but also a physical beating). OU most definitely did not kick their ass. ND didn't kick OU's ass last year either.

Strike that, reverse it. Also, I'm not a die-hard NFL fan so I may have missed the boat, but I certainly never got the "Chip Kelly is gonna put up fifty a game on the NFL, take it to the bank" consensus that seems to be the source of the backlash here. Was this an actual thing or is it a "They won't stop doing Chip Kelly features on SportsCenter" thing? After week 1, I think there was a fair amount of talk of him revolutionizing the NFL. And Jaws or someone wrote an article just recently about it that smart football linked to bc the packaged plays have been around for years.
