    Just saw Castro get interviewed by the Cards station and was a little surprised by how well he speaks English. I was expecting it to be a little more broken than it was.

    So right before Lake's HR, Rick whateverhisnameis starts talking about the Cubs having an identity crisis and not knowing if they want fly ball or ground ball hitters, then says they're a bunch of guys who strike out a bunch and aren't really HR hitters and on the next pitch. Lake proceeds to hit it out. Glorious.

    This may be a dumb question, but is it a concern he's using so many pitches to get college hitters out? It would seem to me he would be a bit more efficient if he's as good as advertised.

    None from me. My best friend growing up was obsessed for a bit, but I never saw it. The only girl on that show that I paid any mind to was Lori Laughlin. Which is saying something because if I'm being honest, I had a thing for a good number of the girls mentioned here. I mean, I was a tween/teenage boy. Even though her TV character was a turn-off, Christina Applegate would be high on my list. And I don't even like blondes all that much. OMG yes, how the hell did I forget about her.

    You're a cold-hearted snake, N&G. C-c-c-cold-hearted. I dunno, she was supposed to be about my age on that show, but at that point I was already insanely lusting over older hot TV teens and ladies. It didn't have to be an either/or thing. I was 14 when The Wonder Years started. Plenty of lust to go around at that age. Sorry, Winnie just didn't measure up, especially dressed in that '60s stuff when you had chicks running around in what seemed like almost nothing at the time on MTV Spring Break shows.

    I have no recollection of her at all, but then again I was completely infatuated with Staci Keanan from the time she was on My Two Dads. Alyssa Milano and Hillary Banks are both really high on my list.     well now you ruined scarey's whole point I meant it in the nicest possible way. I'm sure he didn't take it personally, as he's been a dick for a long, long time. Stannis is just pissy because he got stuck w Dragonstone and a bossy redhead. Wait... I'm confused. Am I the dick? Or is Stannis? Or are both of us? I didn't even know I made enough noise around here to be given a reputation like that. Jersey is.

    I just flipped on the Avs-Wild game and it seems a lot more wide open than the Blues-Hawks games. Is that entirely due to the Blues slow down game with their lack of offense?

    Meh, he plays for the Reds and anything bad that happens to them is fine with me because of their uber obnoxious announcers, who I unfortunately had to listen to last night.
