  1. There is literally nothing Funk does better than Larivee And yet Larivee is one of the most maddeningly annoying PBP guys in the industry I don't get this. Granted, I haven't really listened to him in years but he never bothered me when I did watch games he was doing.
  2. Marriotti
  3. I like the fact that the guy who just OPSed .903 in the majors is #3 on his prospect list.
  4. Cheap way to keep the asbestos under control. Unless they classified it as the lowest rating, they would had to bring in someone to take care of it. I'm not sure if they put asbestos in concrete or the coating over the steel (to prevent rust and whatnot). If so, then yeah I could see them spray while they're tearing it down because of that, but it's mainly to knock down the dust so it's not all over the neighborhood. What kind of machinery have they been using? I've only seen the claw looking one. Are they using a big saw to cut the concrete/steel? If so, they would spray on that so it won't overheat as it's cutting. A-jersey was joking B-a saw like that will have it's own water supply and won't need an external hose.
  5. I may not be the best gauge here, but I benched Ryan in favor of Hoyer.
  6. Mmmmmm, dongs against St. Louis. Oh, and that's an appropriate time for a curtain call also.
  7. You can pretty much do whatever the hell you want when there's no runners on base. I thought you always had to have something moving, you can't come to a complete stop/no moving parts, no? You need to go read a rule book, which in fact states that with a runner on base you have to come to a stop at the set position with guys on base or it's a balk.

  9. Yes Harold, the guy who walked 2, gave up a double and another rocket last inning certainly looks like an ace you effing dill hole.
  10. That's on Bumgarner. He completely missed location on the HR to Cruz.
  11. Nice change of pace to see the Cards crapping all over themselves.
  12. Can/has he played the OF, specifically CF? Probably not. He's primarily a 2B whose dabbled at 3B. That's too bad, because his offensive profile seems really intriguing. Just don't see us having any interest if he's strictly a IF. According to LaRussa, if you can play the IF, you can play the OF.
  13. So, uh, pitching and stuff.
  14. I'm curious to see how Friedman handles the ability to actually sign big name FA. I think Theo learned some valuable lessons that Friedman has yet to experience with regard to that and there's probably going to be a bit of a learning curve there, though his philosophy will probably work very well to begin with since they're probably not planning on spending much in the near term and he'll have to fill holes economically.
  15. They do play well on it. Too bad it causes cancer. Did you see that article about the soccer goalies?
  16. The Denver one won Floyd Mayweather millions of dollars. Only $600K, but still a lot.
  17. You do realize Durant is 6'10" right?
  18. I'd do it. The upside of CJ over either of Watkins or Harvin seems like it would be greater than the upside of Rodgers over Romo/Wilson.
  19. The cardinals fans bitching about Joe Buck in my FB feed is hysterical.
  20. Yep, going to have the 2nd highest score this week and lose. Again.
  21. Eh, I'm inclined to believe that the awesomeness will return once Marshall and Jeffery are healthy.
  22. It would appear that I'm going to have my every 4th year or so luck of every other team having their best week against me. Last week, GB defense goes nuts, this week, yep, TY Hilton. Ugh. And the only reason I won in week 1 was because I outscored everyone else in the league by 20+ points.
  23. Just the fact that you disagree with me make me feel pretty good about my thought process.
  24. Absolutely, but it would never happen. Why not? Too much of an alpha dog for Trestman? Yeah basically. I want Seattle DB coach Kris Richard. But it'll probably be a promotion for Pasqualoni. Trestman strikes me as the kind of guy who wouldn't let meatball crap like that bother him and he'd go out and get the best guy available.
  25. http://www.savingmoneyinmissouri.com/wp-content/uploads//2012/09/Croissan%E2%80%99wich.jpg It's right in the name! Croissan'wich. Duh.
