    When Baez comes up, stick him a 3rd and put KB in center if they haven't made a trade for some kind of upgrade. Hell, if that's a possibility I might make that the lineup on days they face a lefty anyway, assuming they've gotten a LH upgrade in CF.

    Same suspension as Brady as of now. Wasn't he suspended all but 1 game last year for this too? He was. Still got paid, though, on that made-up 'commissioner's exempt list'. Ah, didn't realize he was getting paid the whole time. That is way too lenient.

    Does not compute It does if you don't believe the accuracy of the defensive statistics, which is where Bryant makes up a lot of ground. Yes, 3rd is certainly a more valuable defensive position, but I take Rizzo 100 times out of 100 right now in a do or die situation at the plate.

    You all lose. I live here and have to deal with these a-holes on a daily basis with their mouth breathing, close minded, gun loving, confederate flag having, dick brained idiocy. Crap, I guess I lose.

    Rizzo is so much more polished at the plate and is overall a much better hitter right now than Bryant. It took him several years to get there and he made what appear to be some significant changes in his approach, and I'm not convinced there's a lot of guys out there that could do the same thing. I mean, he was touted as a guy who would likely top out around .280 in avg., and he's well above that right now with no reason to think there's some big regression coming. Rizzo may not have as much WAR, but he's a better player right now and Bryant, who's been a lot better than I expected at 3rd, is getting a decent bump from his position I'd bet (since I'm too lazy to look it up right now). Either way, it's awesome to have them both for the next 6.5 years.

    Maybe you keep Parra as a stop gap for a year or 2. I have zero confidence in Fowler from the left side of the plate anymore. He's swinging at terrible pitches from that side. Maybe he has Mike Olt disease in his right eye or something.

    Getting Carlos Gomez would be pretty great. For what it would take to get them I would rather have Parra. He's been more productive this year anyway and we're talking about a rental. Who, Gerardo? Gomez seemingly has been better than him whether you go by Fangraphs or BR, he's younger and he's signed through next year. Right, meaning he's going to cost a lot more to get on top of the in division premium you'll probably have to pay. Parra is a good fit in just about every way.

    Look, I'm no legal...law...talking...guy, but that this seemingly is out there because someone took pictures of his medical info seems super sketchy.     This is a weird thing to say after he's had a pretty decent game today. His defense has been fine, and has been fine for awhile. He's blown 2 RISP chances though. The one he got was Wacha not covering 1st. He would have gotten the run in regardless of the brain fart by Wacha.
