    I tend to be around at unpopular posting times, really. Catch me in occasional game threads, loitering in the social, and generally reading more than posting in the other boards. Or trying really bad jokes here and there. Oh, and I've got a record of the vote as it stands so I can make myself feel good.

    :lol: - Big fan of the Superliga, then. I think when they* worked the air travel out, there was only three games that might pose a problem for him - all towards the end of this (calendar) year. The newspapers.

    Its the playing 38 games a season, plus Europe, plus the Copa del Rey, really. That's 50-odd games (if they do well). England's next qualifiers are September, I think.

    He got away with the obvious there. Nice that he catches the keeper, as well. Still, if the keeper dressed up for the occasion, instead of looking like a slob, maybe he'd have got something.

    Oh, I'm all with the Galaxy on this one. I can see Beckham might be a little torn because it'd make his international prospects a little brighter playing on in one of the world's premiere leagues, but he's got a contract. I'll give the Messi goal a look in; I saw a photo, and that was plain as day.

    While you're doing that; a little addition to those. Munich have signed Luca Toni and Franck Ribery to aid them next season. Real are grovelling to keep David Beckham after he has performed well for a month and a half. LA Galaxy says 'No'.

    Thanks for the prompt response. I realise there's far bigger fish to fry in getting a new 'build' (is that the right word?) of forum up, but it was the first thing I noticed about it.

    That looks quite snazzy. Will you be able to make it wider for those of us viewing in 'big screen'? Narrow fora in the centre of browsers grate on me a bit.

    I follow the Red Sox every day that Tim Wakefield is pitching, and don't really mind the other days. That is all.
