    Huh? Edit: I see I'm not the only one. I was trying to show how the NBA only got tough with Dwight Howard because it was for game 6. There is no way he would have sat either were it a game 7. I did so poorly.

    I agree with that. I guess the issue should be the fact we spend as much money as we do and yet we do not have a backup third basemen.

    I hope your right, I just wonder if it was worth it to miss Ramirez for two weeks. I mean the alternative is a whole week and a half of Aaron Miles starting. Just seemed pretty boneheaded to me.

    All this legendary series talk is dumb. It's exciting, but you hit it on the head. It's two mediocre teams who happen to match up well. If these were two teams with ambition to play for, then maybe, in their current states it's a joke. Agreed, but the games have been legendary. So many big shots, so many overtimes, so much Rose and Rondo, and of course the UCONN guys going crazy.

    Quiet you. Brian Barden has an ops over 1.000. I think we can get a grand slam from one guy who isn't supposed to be a power hitter.

    OK mr. Nitpick, second highest OPS against lefties. Either way our offense can afford to sit a guy with an OPS that high.

    It shouldnt be, our best hitter thus far is sitting on the bench. To get Reed Johnson at bats. Allegedly because he sucks against lefties, though he has the highest OPS against lefties on the team. Lou doesn't have time for your stats.
