Hendry is awful at his job. Go play fantasy baseball. Set the rules up where everyone else in your league has to stay under 60 bucks in an auction. You get to spend 120. I wonder if you could beat the other players?

They really need to bench the guy. When he was the star of the show, U understood letting him have his say, but now hes doing nothing in the heart of the lineup. The man needs some time off. This isn't a time off thing. It's only the third week of the season. He isn't hurt.

That team had some talent though. Pujols, Edmonds, Rolen, Renteria, Walker. This one is being held up by Chris Dunca, Brian Barden, Yadier Molina, etc. This one can't keep that pace up. Pujols, Ludwick, and Ankiel are a damn good foundation. When Try Glaus comes back, that solidifies it. We'll have to see what Barden and Duncan end up doing. They are a good foundation, although I don't think Ankiel's all that great. Now look at the pitching of the two clubs.

Brian Barden= .391 .440 .826 1.266 It's disgusting how bad that team is overachieving offensively. What about old iron neck?

They do this every year. Here's the rub. Most of their guys won't keep OPSing over 1.000 for the year.

Winner. Just wait until Soriano goes into a slump and Ramirez misses 2 weeks with a hammy tweak. And Theriot and Fuku remember they aren't really good. Or, maybe Geo and Milton aren't .100 hitters.

I think Moore has done the big thing, he has rebuilt the farm system. I only wish they would have allowed him to make the pick in the '06 Draft. If he was the guy you wanted and had hired, why allow the guys you got rid of to make that pick? Just think where they would be with either Longoria or Lincecum. :banghead:

Not only would they have traded him, they probably would have traded him for crap. Jermaine Dye netted them Neifi Perez Carlos Beltran scored em John Buck and Mark Teahan Johnny Damon brought Angel Berroa Baird was awesome.

Maholm had a strong second half last year too. Think if Gorzelanny hadn't forgotten how to pitch.

I got his autograph in Wichita, the second time when he was sent back for his anxiety thing. I asked him for his autograph. He said yeah and signed it. He then told be he took a class on how to sign for people, I was like ok. He then adds that he always likes to sign along the seams because it looks cool and no one else does it. Again I was like ok. I thanked him and he just stared at me blankly. I don't know that he's all there or if it's just an act because he's shy. Either way he's got a ton of talent.

Yeah, seemed like he kept changing his mind about what was a strike. I thought in a couple of Geo's at bats he took strikes that were called balls. I also thought in Theriots he went a foot off the corner.

Was really nice to see Angel settle down and throw strikes. I was very happy he remembered to do that before Pujols batted in the 11th.
