This is some scoring run by Illinois.

Compare Butler's resume to Illinois', and consider that Illinois beat Butler by 17. And Butler was a 3 in their bracket. Illinois has more RPI top 25 wins than anyone this season.

I'd vote March 1, it's a Friday and it gives the weekend to kick things off, where hopefully more people would be available. As for the prospect draft, should we run that concurrently, or wait until the major draft is over? Also, why does the draft even have, say, 10 rounds, if we have 10 keepers and the roster limit is 19?

4th place team would have to win a 2-leg playoff with the Oceania winner (likely New Zealand) to make the World Cup final. Since nobody in Oceania is better than anyone in the hex, it shouldn't be a difficult task. Still more difficult than just finishing top 3, though.

To me, the worst case scenario I could imagine for the end of qualifying is that Panama is better than anticipated and CR is sitting 5th going into the last tie vs Mexico with Mexico having already clinched a spot and sandbagging the game just because.
