    Yeah, the game was tight in OT, and the only time Boston had a distinct advantage in chances were in the 1st period and 1st OT. Even then, it was fairly close. In the 2nd and 3rd periods, though, the Hawks outchanced the Bruins something like 20-8.

    I'm not sure about anyone else, but in the game I watched, the Hawks completely dominated periods 2 and 3.

    Looking at the remaining non-Mexico games: USA v HON (USA W) CR v PAN (CR W) CR v USA (D) PAN v JAM (PAN W) HON v PAN (HON W) JAM v CR (D) HON v CR (HON W) USA v JAM (USA W) JAM v HON (D) PAN v USA (D) Those results would leave the standings: USA 18 HON 14 CR 13 PAN 10 JAM 4 Mexico has roadies @ USA and CR, with home ties against HON and PAN. If they lose the roadies, that automatically puts 1st or 2nd out of reach for Mexico, and if they couldn't beat Honduras at home, they'd be looking at 4th at best and hoping the USMNT plays for a draw at Panama.

    Big three points tonight (and three more next week) to put some distance between the top and bottom of the hex. First place currently 7 points (Costa Rica, US, Mexico) with Panama at 6 points and Honduras at 4. I expect Honduras to win tonight (effectively burying Jamaica at 6th), so 5th place isn't so far away with a slip up. One of USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras and Panama won't make it, and right now Panama and Honduras seem to be in the worst shape overall based on road performance and schedule to this point.

    Baseball, more so than any other sport, should never have draft grades for teams immediately after the draft. Makes no sense to draft for need, 90% of the draftees will never see an MLB field, and 90% of those won't see the field for 3 years. An actual semi-useful grading would be something like analyzing a team's 2008 draft this year.

    Alonso finally to the DL, so I can pick up another 1B, so I picked up LaRoche. Question: can I insert him right away, or do I need to wait for the week (I have fill-ins right now)?
