    Lost in the crazy Angels comeback is that it came against the Rangers' closer, Shawn Tolleson, who was working his FIFTH consecutive day/game. Note that the Rangers had a 4 run lead to start the inning.

    why would the current baseball players care one iota about that? They won't care much, but they don't really control who plays and who doesn't either. The Reds haven't had anyone of value start for them for 3 months now, and they'll likely give their better veterans some "rest days" and get their version of Lake/Szczur into the games to "see what they've got". After all the complaining you did about the Cubs losing on purpose, you don't see the Reds doing the same?
