Put another way, if I had to build a 25 man roster for this year's postseason based on the combined current rosters of the Cubs and Cards, it'd probably be 24 Cubs and Carlos Martinez.

You seem to be assuming there was zero communication/coordination between the Cubs and Bartman prior to the simultaneous announcement and Bartman's prepared statement. The odds of that being true are miniscule. Psh, you know Theo drove past his house and Clark tied it to a brick (from Wrigley, AWWWWWWWW) and chucked it through his window. The real twist is that Bartman is Clark.

Offense has exploded almost everywhere this year, but the Astros' team offense numbers are insane . Eight hitters have an OPS of .799 or higher. Their team OPS is .859. Their team wOBA is .362, and their team wRC+ is 130. Their offense has been so much better than every other offense, only six offenses currently sport a positive fWAR this season.
