    Erin Andrews hugged me. Seriously. Pic forthcoming. Hell of a day. I did not like Digger Phelps before today, but he's a pretty funny guy when he's off the camera. Plus he actually gave us props today which was somewhat surprising.

    Even though this has been a highly disappointing year, I'm still really pumped up for Gameday. Heading over to the Arena in a little bit and I'll make sure I get some good pictures for the two or three of you that care about SIU :lol:

    Am I the only one who finds it weird that aTm has so much burnt orange on their home court? I'm probably missing something here, but...what gives?

    SIU blows another game on the final possession, this time to Missouri State. MSU missed a shot with 5 seconds left and got the offensive board. The MSU guy went up to try to put it back in and was blocked by Shaw, but Shaw was called with the foul. Replays showed it was all ball, but whatever. Another tough loss for us. 9-10 headed into the Gameday game against Creighton on Saturday. Boy, that's going to be an embarrassment.

    Clearly that isn't the only thing, however it does show that Grossman is nearly twice as likely to completely suck ass during a particular ballgame. That's about the same percentage. Besides, 2 INT likely isn't always going to doom your team in a particular game; 3 or 4 picks, and you are pretty much guaranteed a loss. I disagree. I'd like to see the win-loss totals of Manning and Grossman when either of them throw 2 INT's in a game. The winning percentage wouldn't be too good.

    And that's why we would've been blown out. I'm taking this loss pretty well. Mainly because I knew we would've been killed in the Super Bowl and because our run is just beginning. I'm still going to avoid all of the sports networks for the next two weeks.

I'm anxious to hear the pity party, woah is me plea. he'll play the "i'm back, no i'm not, yes, i am... no i'm not" game. its great times for all of us. Does he start that already? probably not, but a bears fan can have some fun...right? No. wasn't asking you...this was your chance and you're team blew it for ya. favre is gone and ryan grant ain't leading you anywhere. Yeah, this was our chance. Never mind the fact that we're the youngest team in the NFL. If Favre leaves, so be it. I have full confidence that Rodgers can step in and do a productive job. And as far as Grant goes, the jury is still out on that.
