I still don't regret the Cubs not trading Prior for Tejada. Because I have absolutely love what Cedeno has done so far. While Tejada has the name recognization, Cedeno gives the Cubs financial flexibility---if needed---to make a trade at the deadline, if needed. Besides, Tejada is slightly overrated, due to the East Coast bias. I like a healthy Prior and Cedeno over Tejada and Bedard. The plan was for Cedeno to play 2B, with Walker being traded. IT was never Cedeno or Tejada. It was Cedeno or Walker. And Tejada being overrated has nothing to do with being on the East Coast, as he won his MVP in Oakland.
