  1. Reports are Rose out for the season. Trade everybody.
  2. It's pretty crazy that the Rams had a 65 yard run, but that only increased their per carry average by 2 yards. They allowed 7.8 yards every time a RB ran the ball. In comes Adrian Peterson and soon LeSean McCoy. Cowboys are probably too stupid to give the ball to Murray 20 times.
  3. Paea, Melton, and Briggs for being injured and forcing them to play 4th and 5th string guys a lot. Sure that's a big part of it, but excuses are getting old. The Bears have played with their starting DEs, safeties, SLB, and they all suck. They drafted Bostic early, presumably to play early. And he hasn't been good enough.
  4. Hey they committed a penalty!
  5. Losing 2 starters at DT will do that to a run defense. Its more than that though. LBs, DEs and safeties are bad.
  6. Never thought the defense would be this bad.
  7. I would have gone for it. Would have given the ball to one of my 4 probowl caliber players though. I'm odd like that.
  8. How the [expletive] is that a hold?
  9. A defensive stop would be nice.
  10. Man they can't see Forte in the backfield apparently.
  11. Next to last ahead of Jacksonville.....the team everyone runs against after getting a 3 TD lead.
  12. Rather get better prospects than Rasmus, unless it can be worked out as separate trades. Cubs add whatever theyd reasonably want for Rasmus abd agree on a package for Shark.
  13. Oh I did have a red Chelios back in the day.
  14. Bears inactives: QB Jay Cutler, LB Lance Briggs, OL James Brown, T Jonathan Scott, DT Stephen Paea, DE Cornelius Washington, DT Jay Ratliff
  15. Cubs- Ernie Banks, Sandberg (as a kid), Nomar (#5 jersey no name but got it when he wore it) Bulls- Jordan- several in my life, haven't worn a Bball jersey since college though TWolves- Garnett Eagles- DeSean Jackson 76ers- Iverson Bears- Forte, several Payton jerseys (1 currently) Chargers- Phillips IU BB- had a #3 jersey back in the day Jaguars- had a #29 Jersey because they were the 29th nfl franchise and I really liked their original jerseys. U of Cincinnati- Allen Jackson (my brother from the Van Exel/Blount final 4 team. I have also owned a few ND jerseys all #3 for Montana.
  16. My biggest concern in this game is the other shoe dropping on McCown. Hes played well, but he's not a guy that can really carry a team to a 3-0 record, along with 2 near final drive comebacks. He didn't really play all that well last week. Mistake free football is the key though. But I think the defense and special teams need to step up today. The Rams and Stacy are a volume rising team. Only getting 3.8 ypc (4.2 for Stacy though). Despite the big plays from Austin when they last played, they don't get very many big plays. Despite the holes in the run game, the Bears do make their share of plays in the backfield. And they've been keeping the ball in front of them in the pass game recently. Clemens is really terrible and can't throw the ball accurately down the field. So tackling will be key for the defense. The DTs still stink, but the Rams don't have dominant guards. This is set up to be the best game the defense has had all year. But if they can't tackle underneath, it could be business as usual for the opposing offense. But I also think the offense could struggle a little as the Rams have had 2 weeks to prepare for McCown exclusively.
