    Love the decision to get Peppers away from Kalil. Despite the down year, he's still the best player up front. Hes neutralized facing Kalil.

    i think the run D holds up respectably today. Peterson gets 100, but it will be tougher than most expect. Watch out for Cordarelle Patterson in the passing game. Bears don't really matchup with him well size/speed wise. On offense, gotta block Robison better than last time. Forte has a big game. WRs and TE all have 70+ yards. Hester either breaks one or has a long one. Probably a close game because of the Bears D. But cut down on the penalties (well called game would help refs) and don't turn it over and the Vikings can't beat us.

    Murphy is a no brainer to me too. Worst case, you find 12-13 better hitters and he sits in AAA for a while. But the Cubs don't have enOugh good players to make him a non asset yet.

    Whoa. Lee Corso entertains the hell out of me. There isn't anything Corso could do or say to change that. Last week when he fired off two shotgun blasts after he put on the ok st mask was absolutely awesome. The lion king commercial they just did was hilarious. Corso seems like a really nice guy too unlike some of the other sanctimonious pieces of [expletive] espn/abc employs. I'm gonna be sad when he hangs it up. I could care less about the quality of his analysis especially in the context that he gives it. So u know ESPN has terrible analysts, cheesy segments, yet u don't care (at least in this case)? The terrorists have won.

    Toss up. Palmer is hot, but SD pass D is bad. Think both go over 18-20 this week.

    84-82 pace at the half. 967 total yards. Each QB has 6 TD passes each. Combined 49-61, 805 yards, 12 TDs. Did I mention it was HALFTIME! If you ever wanted to see 90s BYU vs 90s Houston, this is like watching Ty Detmer vs David Klingler....in a good way.

    Fresno on pace to beat San Jose St, 108 to 84 after 1 quarter. Two QBs with NFL futures playing.

    Martin is a safety. He's listed as a safety, but has been signed both times when a CB has gone down (Hayden then Tillman). He's also not on the depth chart at either. Oh and the Bears just promoted S Sean Cattouse from the practice squad. He was Conte's safety mate at CAL.

    Major Wright pulled his hammy. Questionable for Sunday. Anthony Walters is out. Craig Steltz and Chris Conte may be the Bears only safeties available, though admittedly I have no idea what position that Derrick Martin dude plays.
