The issue with Wisconsin was that before the season started, everyone figured the offense would be good and the defense would be great. The defense was very good last year and they returned virtually everyone. Well, the offense is good, but the defense is terrible. This gave them an overinflated ranking and they kept it basically by default. Oh well, the offense was good. Illinois got almost no pressure on Donovan and the Wisconsin TE's and WR's played very well.
