Heck no. Every hitter has it within his power to make teams stop playing the shift. They just don’t do it. Yeah I don't really want that, but it is frustrating to watch left handed hitters all across the league repeatedly hit right into it. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

It just seems like none of the Dodgers hitters are swinging at anything outside the zone, which forces Hendricks to be perfect when he comes in the zone. If he isn't going to get the calls just off the corners, and the Dodgers aren't going to swing, it doesn't allow for any margin of error. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

It will be interesting to see what happens with Wade Davis in the offseason. If the Cubs don't pursue resigning him, I think it is an indication that they have questions about his health and/or durability. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

IDK. It's almost like they faced 4 starts in 7 games against guys who will be top 3 in the Cy Young this year. I get it, but those guys do still give up runs. Even considering the opposition, the offense has been sub-par. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
