  1. How was that pass incomplete, as opposed to an interception? When did it hit the ground?
  2. Why would the Cubs sign an expensive 3B only to trade their better, significantly less expensive 2B?
  3. This news seems unfortunate for the Cubs. Boyd had the highest inning total of his career in 2025 (including playoffs) and more than double any single season since 2019. He showed signs of wearing down at the end of the year and now will be throwing even earlier in 2026 for the World Baseball Classic. At best, this is not ideal.
  4. There is no core.
  5. I don't think this is Billy Donovan's fault, and everyone knows he isn't going anywhere after signing an extension prior to the season, but this is the type of stretch that would get most coaches fired.
  6. I can't remember the last time I've heard announcers fawn over a player the way the ESPN team did over Bedard. They were quite literally squealing over every move he made.
  7. I get that, but if my subscription enables me to watch it on Disney Plus, why wouldn't I also be able to watch it on the ESPN app? They all share the same account login credentials. Disney has kind of a mess with their various streaming services, apps, and bundles.
  8. I couldn't stream the game on ESPN+, but I found it on Disney Plus. Why is it on Disney Plus? I have no idea.
  9. Is tonight's game really only on ESPN+?
  10. They absolutely are. Even if they were good, they would still be uninteresting. But they are currently uninteresting AND bad, which is the worst possible combination. Yet they stay the course, year after year, and people inexplicably continue to go to the United Center to watch them.
  11. I would really like to know whether Bernstein's new podcast has taken a meaningful bite out of the Score's ratings. I used to listen to the Score throughout the day, but I don't think I have turned it on once since I started listening to the new podcast. I have no idea how many others like me are out there, but it seems reasonable to think that adding a new media entity into the mix would hurt the existing terrestrial stations/shows.
  12. It took a bit of an unexpected dark turn for a holiday episode, but yeah it was a really good conversation.
  13. I honestly didn't read all that, but I standby my opinion that Kyle Finnegan sucks.
  14. The Blackhawks at least have fun young players and give you glimpses of what they might be in a year or two. The Bulls are forever stuck in mediocrity with no compelling reason to watch.
  15. Now that was a PERFECT throw on the run across his body
  16. Monangai is rolling out there
  17. Way too cute with the offensive playcalling. The Eagles haven't been able to stop the run all day.
  18. That hurts to not get points there. Just run it every play at this point.
  19. Illinois/UConn basketball followed immediately by Bears/Eagles. My post-Thanksgiving Friday is shot (and likely to be a disappointing sports day).
  20. I would go play action on the first play. Don't leave it up to the defense.
  21. I'm shocked they punted that.
  22. The big question is how much time will be left on the clock after the Steelers score a TD.
  23. Guys are dropping like flies out there for both teams. Almost every play.
  24. Monangai may not be great, but he has been so much better than I expected.
