I totally agree with you. When he's on he's got absolutely electric stuff. I'll never forget the Houston game where he threw 15 straight sliders and made them all look like total fools.

Is he trying to justify his on-field antics? Either be that guy or don't. Don't do all the showman type stuff and then claim to be a nice guy who "respects the game." -

If you can, take the cable box back and ask for a HDMI box. They have them and should not cost you any more per month. Skip the converter as it is just a point of failure should it go. Then I'd lose all my DV-R'd programs... And I have Mediacom (downstate provider). I'll call and see if they offer an HDMI box.

Random HD question - do your cable boxes support HDMI outputs? Mine only has component and DVI outs, so I'd have to get a DVI-HDMI converter.

Agreed, but that double switch in the 5th was not a brilliant move. Moreover, Cedeno appeared to be out of position on Pujols' single; he did not hit it that hard. I kept waiting for Ronny to appear in the middle of my screen to scoop the ball. And it made me upset because at the game I was arguing with a Cards fan who said Dusty should have left Rusch in to retire Pujols (which is completely [expletive]), but I explained to him Williamson's splitfinger would induce a groundball from Pujols to get out of the inning. After watching Williamson set him up for that low inside splitter and seeing Pujols make contact I got a little grin knowing I was right... until I saw how out of position Ronny was as it went into the outfield. So close!

Where were you sitting? I was in the bleachers just to the left of the hitter's eye in center. Around me and my fiancee (a Cards fan) there were 2 other mis-matched couples, so we all had a great time joking with each other. -
