I like this format. It gives people time to think about their critical early round picks and do a little more analysis. But, I think we should end the offline between rounds 3-5 and then have the rapid fire to get up to round 12 on March 8th.

I'd like to see the prospect draft separate. Maybe, late March or early April ?
