So Teal Bunbury might have dislocated his elbow which could sideline him for a few months including the Gold Cup. They train about 10 minutes from my office, I should go stalk and see what happened.

Meh. I don't like it. Lee isn't a difference maker and Asik is a good security blanket. We have a geriatric and an oft-injured spaz at Center. Plus I like Omer.

This changed a few years back. Basically division winners are guaranteed top 4, but if there is a non-division winner with a better record than one of the division winners, they go to the three. So if Atlanta or Orlando finished with a better record than the Bulls, they'd be the 3.

So in a stretch of 11 games when he had ulcers and couldn't eat solid food, Rose averaged almost 9 ft attempts a game. He averages 4.3 for his career. Can drawing contact be learned or do we need to put him on an exercise bike for an hour before each game like those sinkerballers who throw like 100 pitches before every start so their sinker doesn't rise?

Noah's a spectacular rebounder, above average shot blocker, but mediocre post defender. Kurt Thomas, Taj Gibson and Omer are better and Aldridge just whipped it out on them. He has since backed off his statements saying it was out of context. That said, the whole team sucked at closing out in time last night. Btw, if Derrick "Can't play defense" then what the hell was Andre Miller doing last night? Pretending to be a traffic cone?

And as every day passes, it becomes more and more apparent how truly incompetent Hodgson was in his brief stint. I think it says more about the culture in that locker room, led by the number one offender, Steven Gerrard. Clearly he thought Roy wasn't big enough to lead him.

Sky is now reporting Liverpool have confirmed the bid was accepted. First it was rejected, then Carroll put in an official transfer request and they approved it. Torres to Chelsea is all but official at 50 some million pounds. I doubt they are getting Anelka back since they bought Suarez and Carroll. I clearly think Carroll is overpriced, but if you look at it from the perspective of Liverpool just swapped a constantly injured player for two of the best young strikers in the world, you've got to count it as a huge win for Henry and co.

I thought they rejected the offer, was it accepted? They rejected 25, then 30 and then Liverpool met their 35 million asking price. Nothing has been signed, but there's an agreement.
