    UK is playing pretty well this year, right UK (heh)? i've never paid much attention to them because they've sucked, but they seem to be doing good this year. what do you think of the team?

    so if illinois had glen davis, you're telling me you would want bruce weber to tell davis to change his style of play? LSU didn't have darrell mitchell in that game. i think it will be much closer if they meet again.

Oh yeah you root for one of the "1st tier" programs, you never have to worry about that. i should have explained that i did not mean that as an insult at all. if it had been kentucky instead of illinois, i would feel the exact same way. my bad.

    I hope people don't say Gonzaga can't go deep in the tourney because of last night's loss. I think they can beat anyone in the country if they had the chance. They have (had) as much talent as most of the country, they have great coaching (for the next week til Few comes East to Bloomington). man, i would love to have him at UK. that would be awesome.

    Good. I have UCLA in the Final Four Not sure how that's good, Jordan is UCLA's second best player and starting point guard. There are major questions in regards to his shooting ability right now with the injured wrists. Morrison should be ok by tomorrow evening or close enough that it's not that big a cocnern. Morrison is a type one diabetic. Let me speak from experience - the flu can really screw with your blood sugars. He will probably be fine, but it's a bit more complicated than a normal person having the flu.

    Surprised that Guzman isn't in your top 10 (or raw's), UK. Do his injury issues drop him that far?

    What would you call it if you reduced the number of teams? The "Most of the World Baseball Classic"? Countries shouldn't be penalized just because they aren't as good as the other countries.

    If kentucky wins this I think I maybe physically sick. if illinois loses i may go insane from sheer joy... oh wait, they did. yay! i always liked sparks. i guess it was from watching him play in the state tournament in high school. time to start thinking about next year. i hope rondo stays :x

    96-97-98, I believe it was, for UK in the Final game, right? Or was 97 a FF loss to Zona? '97 was a loss to arizona in the championship game. don't forget our two elite eight appearances in the past five years either :P syracuse with a #5? i think that's a bit high.

    Wow...the SEC doesn't get any TV love? I'm really surprised. Thanks for the schedule T squared. the SEC first round, quarters, and semis are on jefferson pilot sports... not national tv, but basically all of southern US. the championship game will be on CBS tomorrow.

    i believe he drafted those guys yep. when you draft very stupidly like me, and draft white guys only like derwood, then a few teams are going to be stacked. :(

    I put a claim on him as soon as I read that he was dropped. Will I lose out on him because my record is too good? The way it works as the waiver order is determined initially by draft order, though the waiver order is reversed. (ie pick one gets last waiver spot, etc). After someone uses their waiver spot, they automatically go to the back of the line. That's why, if you have a primo waiver spot, you don't want to waste it on someone like Brendan Haywood, because at some point during the season somebody might get dropped that's actually good. That's why I have the number two spot, since I picked 11th out of 12. yeah, whoever did that was a real loser. :oops:

Will I lose out on him because my record is too good? http://basketball.fantasysports.yahoo.com/nba/35455 see the number under "waiver" for each person in the league? that's their waiver spot. a player has been put on waivers to pass all of the people ahead of you before you can claim that player.
