  1. Good points, never said it was easy, just to keep beating the Bears are broken into ground and because they're broken this and that isn't possible is foolish.
  2. All this BS about the Bears are broken is tiresome sure, they're broken right now. It doesn't mean they can't be fixed, it doesn't mean a new GM won't be able to come in hire a good HC and address the roster issues. For the new GM it's going to be a hell of a lot easier with the QB in place. And the Caleb not being the next GM' QB is not going to play either, that's only a "concern" when the inherited QB sucks like Trubisky and Fields.
  3. No excuses for the Bears but, the fact they've a noodle legged kicker has to play into this miss. For a reasonable chance at a FG they're looking at the 35 yard line and in, it's a big handicap.
  4. That's my only concern, all the other hand wringing about play calling, clock management, etc. is pointless, beyond Caleb there's nothing to take away from this season.
  5. Plus I'm certain Jenkins, while not playing, somehow further injured his calf.
  6. Was this actually a game in which some one on the OL didn't go down with an injury?
  7. If, and it's a big if, the Bears get their horsefeathers together and Caleb becomes one the best QB's in the NFL, I'll take my chances with the almighty NFC North. Really, in this case horsefeathers all of Detroit, Green Bay and Minnesota, having the best QB gives you a chance.
  8. I don't think that's going to happen, he's gone.
  9. There's only 32 of these jobs, the Bears have a potential superstar QB whom most any offensive coach would love to work with, one ****** game in a lost season isn't going to seal his decision.
  10. This is hot take horsefeathers nonsense.
  11. Nor would I, thanks for our franchise QB and here's the door.
  12. Yes, all this crap about being so far from a competitive team, fixing the OL alone makes them competitive.
  13. Do you think he even sees it's gross incompetence? Where was Mr. Yale tonight? Studying for the Bar?
  14. He's got to be fired, who believes, if he isn't fired, he'll truly address the OL? I mean really address it, both in FA and the draft.
  15. All of the above and I'm with Kyle never waste a 4th round pick on a punter. On the whole Taylor has been garbage, nothing you couldn't get from some guy off the street. After this drive stalls we'll get to see Taylor rip off his patented 39 yard punt.
  16. Does it matter? Nothing Brown does or doesn't is worth questioning because, he's gone a nano-second after the season ends.
  17. Stevenson' a dipshit but, I can't blame him this time. All he did was brush away the hold of Metcalf.
  18. Absolutely love officials managed to see a blatant hold by the Bears yet, miss those of the Seahawks.
  19. It'd be great if his receivers could catch the ball.
  20. Bears suck and all, just a blatant hold there...
  21. Mr. Lateral Run? Even I saw that hole.
  22. Should that ball have been caught? Was it completely un-catchable?
  23. I believe the Bears should make an offer to Jenkins, I don't know if or how much it can be based upon availability which should be part of the offer. If he chooses to move on, so be it, there's no fear of him suddenly becoming an iron man. I remember him getting injured and coming out of game when literally no one was around him nor was he engaged.
  24. A bit ambitious on my part, it's good bet they're 8-7 or 7-8 with those coaches.
