Umpire Tim Timmons - Milwaukee-Houston Game

Brady Clark didn't agree with a strike call the home plate ump made in the first inning, and steps out of the box for a few seconds. A few pitches later Clark grounds out to SS. Timmons, the first base ump, yells at Clark as Clark runs down the line after being called out. He starts yelling at Clark and then Clark gets in Timmons' face. According to the Brewers 1st base coach, Timmons was telling Clark to get in the box and to not act like that again (in reference to the earlier strike call). Then a few innings later, a Brewer (can't remember who) was called out on a close play at first (replays showed he was safe), and the Brewer slammed his helmet down. Timmons automatically tossed him for slamming his helmet. -

I'm excited for the SC game tomorrow night. I'm gonna be pissed if I don't have power because of this storm, and won't get to watch.

That whole September series verus the Brewers when Sammy hit 60-62 was awesome. Very entertaining games. It always felt like they could come back in '98. Does anyone remember the game versus Houston in Houston where Mulholland had an easy comebacker and then lost the game when he threw the ball over Grace's head? Wasn't that in '98?

I think it depends on whether you like the cake or the chewy doughnut. I love my doughnuts chewy, so it's Krispy Kreme for me, easily. A point deduction for DD for spelling it "donut." It's made of dough, therefore it's a doughnut. And extra points to Krispy Kreme for that one hot cashier guy. Hot and Now indeed...
