  1. A new recommendation from Longhorns Steakhouse: http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b174/kanumber08/Picture002.jpg I've had this for a couple days and I'm still trying to eat it. It's freaking massive.
  2. I'll admit, there have been times I've seen Chocolate Milk's post, and promptly gotten a glass of chocolate milk. Chocolate Milk the poster makes me thirsty, I guess.
  3. I came up with THE DON! If you vote against me, you're saying you hate Donnie Veal.
  4. I don't know what you guys are talking about. I said "Hi" to him once and he said, "Sup!" And I was 16 and he didn't impregnate me.
  5. Good job keeping the ND chatter relegated to this thread.
  6. Just be sure you add the second "r" in his name. I once did an image search online and I misspelled his name, and naked pictures of some guy (NOT DLee) came up.
  7. I vote for Raw because I like the cut of his jib. He should also post more pics of himself. Just sayin'.
  8. Not if I can help it at all. I've got dirt on Jon!!
  9. Supers have started today. In the afternoon games, Clemson lost to Mississippi State 8-6, while Louisville is up on OK State 5-0. Tonight, Texas A&M takes on Rice, and South Carolina plays North Carolina. SC on ESPN. Not all that confident about USC winning the series, but I'm excited. Go [expletive]! :D
  10. I said flip to any song on any station. I would just listen to a CD, but I usually want to hear the traffic updates. I hate radio shows. Very few are funny and the only people that find them remotely funny are the DJs. I don't care what your opinions are about Paris Hilton going to jail. Just play some damn music.
  11. South Carolina beat Wofford 9-1 tonight. Justin Smoak with two HRs. They will play Charlotte (who beat NC State) on Saturday.
  12. Nope. Last year Mizzou went out to the Pepperdine regional filled with California schools. For those that know though, how does the Super-Regional hosting work? Is it at the seeded team's location no matter what? Or the highest seeded left's location? Or the team that beat the highest seed's location? I know that for super regional hosting, the 8 national seeds are guaranteed home field advantage until the CWS (provided they win). Now if you have a national seed knocked out in the regionals, when determining who hosts during the supers you would look at the higher seeded team. If a 2 seed knocks out a national seed in the regionals, but the 1 seed in the other bracket advances to the supers, then the 1 seed would be the host. Essentially the 16 #1 seeds are considered the top 16 teams in the field of 64 (though in the regionals 1 seeds don't always host, things like facilities and money come into play there). If you have two 2 seeds advancing to play each other in the supers, I'm not sure how they determine who gets home field. It might be something like regular season wins. I was trying to find something online that spelled out the rules for hosting, and I wasn't able to find anything, but that's how I understand it to be (and I may be a little off). In other news: Brackman Won't Pitch at NCAA Regional GO [expletive]!
  13. I thought this deserved its own thread. The 64-team bracket was announced this week. Regionals start on Friday, June 1st. Here are the eight national seeds: 1. Vandy 2. Rice 3. North Carolina 4. Texas 5. Arizona State 6. Florida State 7. Arkansas 8. San Diego
  14. How about mounting a last inning rally, only to come up just a little short? The Cubs seem to love the false hope aspect.
  15. According to this article from BA (subscription needed), there will be two major rule changes starting next season. Here's a snippet for the first rule change: And here's a part about the second rule change: Can someone explain this second rule change to me? What is the 33 percent in reference to and what is the part about scholarships? I don't understand the ins and outs of college scholarships very well. Also, does anyone have any thoughts about either change?

  17. Shaver & Pina...not Carrillo That's what the wrap up said last night!! Look what you did, now Raisin's going to be mad when he gets back. I'm going to get into trouble....
  18. Yeah, that's certainly what it sounds like. I thought the same when I read this story. I'm pretty sure Aramis didn't just walk up to a group of reporters and say, "Hey, you know what? I hate day games." I don't think he's complaining, he's just answering a question someone must have asked.
