Spent this weekend in Chicago for the parade Friday and just to be around the atmosphere throughout the weekend. What a great experience (and wonderful weather!). We were able to get into the rally as someone had knocked over some fencing and we were able to scoot in before the cops came. I've never seen so many people in Cubs gear in my life. We went to Wrigley on Saturday morning and there were tons of people just milling around. All of it was so beautiful to experience. We were on Michigan Ave on Saturday afternoon, just going to shops and seeing what WS stuff we could buy. We went into the Under Armour store and it just so happened that at that time Albert Almora was there taking pics. Got a picture with him and shook his hand. It's been an experience of a lifetime and a weekend to remember forever.

Agreed. Plus, my DVR backlog was getting out of control This is me. Every other year, I'm disappointed the season is done because I want to see more Cubs baseball. But this year (and I felt this even before they won the WS), I was 100% ready for the season to be over. This October was stressful as hell and I'm mentally exhausted. I have my life back! -
