  1. Good article.
  2. Yeah, Grimm walked a guy on 4 extremely close pitches, Montero made a horrible throw and Castro didn't block it, and then he got a flyout, a groundout, and a K. Not really on him that the run scored. Not completely, but don't walk the [expletive] leadoff man. He followed the walk with a flyout, groundout, and K. Hard to pin any of that run on him, otherwise we're putting the standard at a 1-2-3 inning for him not to be at fault. I realize that. Still, don't walk the [expletive] leadoff man.

  4. I don't know if that's true or not, but it sure seems like it. And it seems like it comes at critical times. Hopefully he can make up for it w the bat like he did a while back when he hit that walk off.
  5. I guess that would be the silver lining. I really don't want Rodney on the playoff roster.
  6. I think it's too early to say. Assuming this season is just a taste of things to come, then yes. I'd say it was worth it. I'll be honest, I barely watched in 2012 and 2013, so the crappy seasons didn't cause me too much anguish. However, if Bryant and Russell, god forbid, become the position player equivalents of Mark Prior and all their promise/excellence is fleeting, it might be a different story.
  7. good stuff
  8. Rodney vs Grichuk = we're down going into the 8th
  9. i honestly would never pitch strop vs STL
  10. The guy who started this thread is pretty great.
  11. Not an inspiring start for a guy whose major concern is walks.
  12. I had no idea he looked like he was 6 years old
  13. Anything that might diminish the chances of Rodney sticking with the team is fine by me.
  14. We might not win this season, but I am oddly optimistic these coaches will turn it around. But that was pretty much the most KU way ever to lose a game. Well, you haven't given up the ball in victory formation like Oklahoma State has, I think. That would require a parallel universe where we could be in a position to use the victory formation.

  17. Did you read the whole article? The idiot goes on to write:
  18. Please let that be the start of a power surge by Jorge.
  19. butters, way to drop the ball, [expletive].
  20. there isnt one! it was total silence hahaha, somehow that's even more delicious.
  21. 1000000 internet points to anyone who can get me audio of Hawk's reaction to strop's celebration.
