    They come up with some remarkably bad programming. Always have, always will. I don't know ... back in the 1980s, they had a lineup of mainstream syndicated stuff that stacked up well against what TBS had, and was miles ahead of the trash on USA network and The Family Channel. Now, WGN seems to attract mostly cancelled sitcoms from the WB and UPN. Well-regarded stuff like 24, Chappelle's Show and Sex and the City seems totally out of place.
