This is a case where they send Canario to Switzerland and get the platelet-rich plasma therapy that they give to elite skiers when they destroy their ankles skiing.
It's sort of weird looking at the top 25: No - Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Florida, Florida State, Nebraska, Miami, or Notre Dame Yes - Tulane, Kentucky, Illinois, Wake Forest, and North Carolina
Syracuse is unquestionably the most overrated team in the country, so I'll say no chance they beat Clemson. And it was Mississippi. I think Clemson is a pretty weak team this year. If they make it to the playoffs, they're going to get rolled.
When Law was confronted with the data on Twitter he coped out of the argument. He's just lazy with a good gig. And he's never met a Cubs prospect he likes. He uses the Kyle logic, that most don't make it so why not be negative about everyone? You're bound to be right 90% of the time.
There’s a large gap between those two and Tennessee? Yes, I think Alabama is down this year. Saban is losing his touch (?) (I don't know the right words). They've been sloppy and not well-disciplined all year. RE: Tennessee v. Georgia, we will find out on Nov. 5.
Very sound logic, however, I would like to say that whatever they do with Abreu should have no impact on signing a big SS. Abreu's contract is a short-term allocation of resources that should not affect the longer term. If they're thinking that signing him means they aren't going to be able to sign Correa, it would be very Cubs like. If it's either/or I hope they don't sign him, but I think they should take the salary hit for a few years. I do think that they won't be targeting pitching through FA, but more likely through trades.
At least one of Alabama, Clemson, or Mississippi will lose this week. Also, pretty clearly the two best teams right now are Georgia and OSU and there is a large gap between them and the rest.
A little bit of both. This week, I focused more on FCS than FBS schools. A friend of mine who is much more active in gambling focuses on the Patriot and Ivy Leagues in football and the Ivy and Northeast conferences in basketball. His theory is Vegas can only allocate a certain amount of resources and typically the smaller conferences in both sports can present better value than major conferences. Plus, their transfer portals are more predictable as well as recruiting classes. Don’t you think Vegas has a guy too?
