Bote continues to have another good spring. Maybe they can get a decent prospect for him.

Edwards is having a good spring. At first I thought they were giving him a landing spot to showcase, but I think he has a shot to make the pen.

PCA is fine. Give a guy a learning curve.

They are playing the guys they want to see more of so they can make better judgement at the tail end of the bench. Amaya is on the team.

I’m no expert but it seems to me he’s destined for the bullpen. He seems to be more control of his mechanics when he’s in the stretch.

If Poles intends to trade Fields before free agency he has today through Sunday.

I think Wicks is the 5 starter. Wesneski did have a decent start last night. I don't like him as a starter, but I do like him in the pen.

Madlcok was my hero as 6 6-year-old old. In YMCA softball I demanded to play 3rd base and wore wristbands like him. I cried so hard when he got traded.

Once they get their regular lineup together start watching. Yesterday at top level pitcher was carving up minor leaguers.

Cubs are starting to get crowded in the upper minors. Should be an interesting few years watching how things get sorted out. -
They had one who won two batting titles and PK Wrigley sent him off for the audacity of asking for a raise and maybe also because he was black.

It would be a huge mistake for Poles to gather picks every draft. At some point the picks are fungible, but not 1st round picks that high. Someone said, "Don't overthink this".
