Oregon's only going to the BCS if they win the Pac 10. yeah, i mean oregon wining the pac 10 and usc making it at large.

it'd be pretty embarrassing (for the BCS) if oregon and usc made the bcs and the team that beat oregon (who stomped usc) missed out on it without losing a game.

i'm kinda hoping penn st doesn't make a new year's day bowl, because judging by our performances against the two quality teams we've played this year, we'll do absolutely nothing on offense and lose by 10-20 points.

no pass rush today either. everyone sucks today, offense, defensive line, special teams have been awful (maybe we should have a special teams coach?) we might get to double digit wins with our best win being @michigan state.

weis probably needs to win at pitt next week to keep his job. probably need to win a bowl game too.

the crowd needs to be big for penn state, millen? unless the crowd can make the offense stop going three and out every possession, i don't think they're going to accomplish much.

yeah i would pretty much prefer anyone to win the conference over them. hopefully they get stomped by oregon or whoever makes the rose bowl.

just read on a holy cross message board that if the patriot league finishes in a three-way (or more) tie, with the tying teams having no advantage against each other (say, colgate beat lafayette, lafayette beat holy cross, holy cross beat colgate), the tiebreaker would go to a vote of the league's ADs of teams not involved in the tie, with a three-fourths majority required. failing a three-fourths majority, they would then flip a coin. if there's a dumber tie breaking procedure in college football, i'd like to hear it.
