    A new bowl game, played on Jan. 1 in the Cotton Bowl Stadium. i see the teams participating in that game are: Big Ten No. 6 vs. Big 12 No. 7 (C-USA No. 7 if no Big Ten or Big 12, MAC is the second backup) sounds like a real dandy. PSU should really be concerned about that 6th win before they get snooty about their bowl matchup. it's a bad game no matter which teams are participating.

    everyone who bashed on the eagles for trading mcnabb (to a divisional opponent, OMG!!!) can go shove it. he hasn't been good and both of the guys the eagles have played at QB have been better than him. the eagles have always been good at deciding when to get rid of veteran players.

    yeah mark prior should not have been the cubs' #1 prospect in the 2001-02 offseason because he hadn't thrown a pitch for the organization yet. same for strasburg and the nationals last year.

    norv turner, baby. i find it so fascinating that he and wade phillips still have jobs. it's like rich kotite's head coaching tenure; you literally have no idea what more they have to do to get fired.
