you can't start young 'uns during the early part of the season b/c you're still in it. you can't start young uns during a playoff race b/c they don't have the experience and you can't start them after you're out of the race b/c the guys that have busted their butts to put you out of contention deserve playing time. :roll:

 

Plus, if the youngsters play really well and you start winning, you'll look like a an ass for not having started them all year, so why risk the embarassment?
