sign-off song. Remember last year it was Finger Eleven's "One Thing" and they showed highlights from the year. This year it should definitely be the new Green Day song.

The Green Day song that was often used for the '03 season still makes me sad.

 

It was also used for Seinfeld. Talk about a double whammy.

The more I listen to this song and re-read the lyrics it's almost like Billy Joe is talking about Baseball specifically...
