He has the pitches to be a bottom of the order starter - he posted an ERA of 3 at AAA in 11 starts this year. He could also be a good set-up man. The Cubs need to give him a proper role and not dust him off once every week in blow outs.

I guess this is what I deserve for letting myself get sucked back in, even for just a little bit.......... the Cubs hate me and love putting the dagger in my heart.

Sounds like Haren last year when we called him up the same day to start against the Cubs.

I'm too tired to look it up but has this guy ever hit 33 homers in his career? He had 10-15 last year (and yes, I know it was suppose to be a down year for him in '04 but he's hitting homers at a ridiculous pace).
