Lets face it.. Murton could go 50 for his next 50 and Stubborn Dusty Baker won't start him. In Dusty's "mind" Encarnacion's proven, and actually Encarnacion's having a solid year. With Cincy and Tampa Bay seemingly impossible to deal with, perhaps the Cubs can get Encarnacion on the cheap. He's a definite upgrade over Hollandsworth w/ his .364 ops and .854 ops. I'm guessing Encarnacion's stats come out better when adjusting for park. Altogether, he's 150 points above the awful Hollandworth, who should never get another start.

If Murton keeps showing him good things over the next week, Dusty will have to play him. He gave in to DuBois he'll give in to Murton, if for no other reason than media pressure. He's still an idiot.

Encarnacion is a faster Holla. No thanks.

woah, slow down b4 you make statements like that, encarnacion plays gold glove defense, and gets on base at a pretty good clip this year (.364)and posted a pretty good july line 360/.417/.573

He must be in his free agent year. Look at the rest of his career. Encarnacion is not very good.
