James Baldwin for Bullpen?

The O's DFA'd Baldwin a couple of days ago. He already has ERA of 1.61 in 22.1 innings this year. I think if the Cubs want to trade Mitre or give him more time in the minors Baldwin would be a good replacment long reliver. What do you think?

Do you know why the Orioles did that? If he is doing well it makes no sense for them.

 

EDIT: Wow, he has had a pretty terrible career.

They did it because Kline refused an assignment to AA Bowie. It was in the Baltimore Sun yesterday or the day before.
