  1. I noticed the pitch clock in the outfield when they zoomed out. I hope they will implement those to prevent any more Pedro Baez's from taking too long.
  2. Schwarber lines out to the shift in short right.
  3. I hope when he hits a beautiful massive dong in his first AB he hits home plate, packs his horsefeathers and heads to Skyharbor for his flight to Cleveland. Doesn't even round the bases, just bat flips and walks to the dugout. Kyle Schwarber - "Ultimate Beer League Champion"
  4. Long time lurker reporting in! This. Is. Our Year.
  5. Ross Career vs. LHP .242/.323/.439 Montero Career vs. LHP .234/.299/.354 Ross may be old, but his career numbers suggest he hits a bit better than Montero. I think both are good in their own right.
  6. has he had an appearance yet? [expletive] JAMES RUSSELL NOOOOOOO My mind was thinking what pile of nonsense is Russell a closer.
  7. Finally a run....2-10 RISP, but finally a run!
  8. This made me laugh, but it's kind of a fun hypothetical. Maybe for Mike Olt and Herrera's rally cap.
  9. Think how the Kings felt after they had to blow up their team. Although they got lucky they could clear cap space thanks to the Canadian Border Patrol.
  10. Would seem we don't have to move all three (unless they plan for some other big splash) Sharp would be the easy choice if you were to move someone. He is 33, so if the Hawks want to move to a younger winger, then he would first. It seems that with the move of Saad, they still maybe looking to build depth using Sharp as leverage since they don't necessarily have to move him.
  11. Patrick Sharp - 5.9MM cap hit Kris Versteeg - 2.2MM cap hit Bryan Bickell - 4MM cap hit Total saving neglecting what we receive back in trades: 12.1MM
  12. Sharp-Toews-Hossa Teuvo-Anisimov-Kane Dano-Shaw-Panarin Versteeg/Bickell-Kruger-Nordstrom/Hartman/Morin That second line looks beastly. I could do without Bickell and Versteeg's cap number so I hope they do indeed move them with Sharp in several deals. Some of their up and comers in the AHL looked good.
