Grant Kipp is shoving in relief.  I feel like next year he should come to camp as a SP to play things safe but the plan should be to get him to the bigs in short relief by mid-season.

He’s been consistently playing second base at Myrtle Beach. Got to think that’s his future position.

He's my designated sleeper for 2027. SEC background, rave reviews post-draft for his character and work ethic, dropped in the draft because he was a senior, his bat has stood up so far, and the Cubs seem to believe in him enough to double jump him right out the gate.

I don't think he's going to follow Ayers' trajectory, but the toolkit is there for a long career in the majors.
