Small school senior with iffy mechanics, resulting in lack of control and seemingly middling stuff, and no meaningful coaching staff or support system to help him figure things out?

We'll see what the offseason does to him, but sometimes guys just need a tweak here or there to figure it out.

Nothing wrong with that stuff. Isn't this the 10th rounder they signed for just a $10K signing bonus? If that's representative of the caliber of pitching they took ahead of this guy and gave bigger signing bonuses too, then I think our pitching prospect depth is about to meaningfully improve.
