Game Thread Signups & Notifications

Gonna split this into its own thread. We need new signups or I'm just going to take over game threads (if I end up doing half of them, there's no point in the system).

Either way, the new rule we're going to institute is that if no thread is up by 10am, it's a jump ball. If you don't see one, create one at 10:01.
