I've seen it mentioned in two threads. 1908 posted it in (I think) the minor league general chat thread, while Raisin posted it in a thread in this area.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but this is where I feel like the site is going the wrong direction.  The organization of posts often doesn't make sense anymore.  News like international signings used to be very clearly posted in a relevant thread, not simply mentioned (and buried) in another general or unrelated thread.  I'm probably guilty of it myself too since most activity is concentrated in the Cubs Discussion forum now, but if we continue to move away from organized discussions then this might as well just be a Discord server.

With that, I will step down from my soapbox.

Edit: I see there is a thread in the Minor League forum, so my bad for missing that, and maybe it is just time to reevaluate which forum categories make sense and are being used.
