I would have liked to have seen what would have happened if he didn’t get mono right away.  He did have some serious stuff late in the year that never returned after that.  
 

to be fair if they didn’t pick Simpson it would have been Mike Kvasnicka who didn’t fare much better.  It was a tough draft

It's fun to go back and read a game thread when you don't know the result of the game. It will sound like the Cubs are getting blown out in a 0-0 tie. I
