I enjoy coming out of my morning block of calls to 5 strong innings out of Wicks. 70 pitches, I would have loved to see him try for 6 but never going to argue too hard against protecting his arm.

Kilian with his first clunker of the year. Caissie goes 0-4 with 3 Ks. Pinango goes 1-4 with a 2B, but K'd twice. Wicks was fine, but pretty meh. None of the mentionable bats in AAA have done anything through 7. Gonna need the reliable MB crew to show up to keep my prospect happiness high.

Don't they have the best record in all of minor league baseball as well? Always fun when a talent-laden team like MB also wins all the time. Makes me reminisce about 2016......
