Have we had a top prospect with that kind of K/BB ratio? Even KB struck out quite a bit before he came up IIRC.

In recent memory, Schwarber is probably the closest since he was roughly 15% BB/20% K in High-A and AA to go along with high average and big power. Davis I would guess will normalize in that direction(he's basically 1-2 bad nights from doubling the K%, to give a sense of the sample here), but he also isn't a college bat and has much more defensive/positional value.
