With how shitty the big league team is playing, I needed the minors to start in a bad way. Absolutely jacked for what this year has in store for the org.

Edit: Forgot to preemptively thank Raisin for doing God's work and making these threads everyday.

I spoke with Myrtle Beach Pelicans catcher Pablo Aliendo and even he didn't know who was pitching today for MB. Maybe only Buddy Bailey knows!

Also thank you Raisin! I have missed these threads.

"Filling up the boxscore" is a Jim Deshaies line, right? Or was it Bob Brenly? Regardless, Strumpf and Roederer are really filling up the box score for South Bend tonight. Two hits (including a double) and a walk for Strumpf, and one hit, a walk, and a steal for Cole.

Jose Albertos lives!

He didn't look terrible either. The walk wasn't egregious. He didn't hit anybody. Walk was cleaned up by an unassisted double play with a slick play by Howard and struck out the last guy. There was no play-by-play because the sound guy is an idiot, so no velocities to report. Not that the announcer was giving any earlier in the game...
