If you want to squint to find something under the hood (the KBB is not bad at all), he does have an above average chase rate and his contact against if he qualified would put him in the top 60 among RP. His change has graded well and they've talked about needing a RP that can get LH out, so... maybe they're just hoping with experience he fills that void.
