I give us about a 5% chance of winning either of these next two so I'm glad we beat Stroman.

Kyle can absolutely go shot for shot with Syndergaard but it isn’t gonna be easy to pull out one of the next two. Syndergaard is on a pretty good roll right now of 7+ IP in 6 of last 8 starts and 6+ in all 8, 3+ ER only once in those 8 starts, 2ER or less in 7 of them.

Still hard to believe this series lined up so perfectly...Darvish/Hendricks/Lester against Stroman/Syndergaard/DeGrom is probably as close to a playoff atmosphere Citi's had since 2015

 

Were they close to a playoff atmosphere during the 2016 wild card game?

The Nationals series flipped the home Cubs with the road Cubs. They'll never win another home game but will sweep all road series
